2023-2024 School Play T-Shirt Order Form

PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR ORDER BELOW NO LATER THAN Monday, MAY 13.

As we prepare for our June performances of Marry Poppins, we are asking parents of all performers to please purchase a special CAST T-SHIRT, created by Parkside’s Fine Arts Department. Your child will wear it as part of their costume in the play. This shirt will be paired with black pants and gym shoes underneath all costume accessories/pieces.
